Roman Bridge

During my trip to Merida, in Spain, I took sometime to photograph a few cool locations. Did you know that the entire city of Merida is built on top of ancient Roman ruins? It's true, and you know what they do? Instead of not being able to build things in the ruins stie, they decide to excavate them, and build new buildings, surrounding them... Its like, ancient meets modern, don't you agree?

This here is the ancient Roman bridge that crosses the Guadiana River. It's really beautiful and it's very wel preserved. I hope you guys like it.
